Why no refunds?

We have 100% confidence in all our products and our exceptional customer support. We're a very small company and our success depends entirely on satisfied customers. As a result, all support requests are handled personally by the co-owners of Photomorphis. 

We've found there's no need to refund a tested and proven product that comes with personalized hands-on assistance. And if any customer has difficulty with their Photomorphis product we don't give up until the problem is solved.

If a Photomorphis product is defective we'll fix it, replace it, or give you a full refund.

We've provided extensive details on every product page to help you make the right choice. Read the description and if you don't see the information you need, ask us about it before you buy. We're happy to answer your questions.
