Help! I lost my user account password.

Forgot your password? You may reset your password at Use the email address on your receipt (the one you used at purchase) and click "Submit".

Here's how it works:

  1. You enter the email address you used to make your purchase
  2. We send you a secure link that no one else can use. 
  3. You click the link and then choose a new password. 

Only submit one request and allow time for the reset email to be delivered. If the server is experiencing unusually high traffic it could take up to 10 minutes.

Important tip: Don't submit multiple reset requests- It won't speed up the process.
