Some downloads are missing from my user dashboard

Photomorphis purchases are stored with the email address that was used to purchase them. Log in to your User Dashboard with the email address you used at the time of purchase. If don’t have your password it can be reset by clicking “Forgot Password” on the log in page.

Important: Are some of your products under a different email account? If you placed several orders using more than one email address, you must use the email address associated with each purchase.

Click the "Forgot Password" on the log-in page if you don't remember your password. Please allow sufficient time for the password reset email to be generated and sent to you. During times of high traffic this may take up to several minutes.
