If you are seeing the error "Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive" or a similar message it is most likely due to a partial download. In fact, 99% of customer issues with ZIP files are caused by incomplete downloads.
Here's how to get back on track right away: You may re-download your previous purchase via your User Dashboard. Log in with the email address you used at the time of purchase. If don’t have your password it can be reset by clicking “Forgot Password” on the log in page.
When you have successfully logged into the dashboard, find your product and click the download icon.
You're probably anxious to watch your new video or try out your new BlendKit but be patient and give it time to get to you. Our product files may be much larger than you're used to and some are over 400MB in size. This can take a bit of time, even with a fast connection. So watch the download progress bar and only unzip the file once the transfer has completed.
Finally, double-click to unzip the downloaded file.
